We are looking for a Planning VIG-er

We are; Starting a home care organisation. In and around Utrecht, we want to provide care with small committed teams. Substantively good care, which fits the client and the network around the client. We want to be proud and happy of our work. Eye for each other with room to learn and develop.

What are we looking for:
We work with Nedap ONS as our ECD. We are looking for a VIG-er who, in addition to her care content work, wants to take on the responsibility of planning the care routes. We are currently shaping the organisation, so there is plenty of room for your own input.

• Focused on collaborating with your team and colleagues in the healthcare network;
• Command of the Dutch language in both word and writing; 
• Living in or around Utrecht;
