Independent at home with our care
With our personal support and professional care, we help you move from recovery to direction. At home, in your familiar surroundings, we support you to take back control of your life. Whether you are recovering after a hospital admission, concluding a rehabilitation period, or find that you need extra care at home, Miraflores is there to support you in your recovery.
Register client
If you require care, you can call or email Miraflores home care. After a telephone assessment, a district nurse will visit your home to assess what care is needed. This is called an indication. If there is a suitable indication, the district nurse will discuss with you when the care will start. You must submit the indication to your healthcare insurer using the authorisation form. The health insurer will usually answer you within 10 working days. Depending on the coverage issued by your health insurer, the expected costs for you will be calculated.

Our district nurses can also make an indication in the clinical setting. Miraflores works with Nedap Ons' client portal. You can view your file. You get
a login code for this and can then access the login page via the link below.
Eye for good care
Impaired hearing, impaired vision or inadequate oral care can seriously affect your independence and quality of life. At Miraflores, we understand that this attention is essential for your recovery and daily functioning. By paying proper attention to your sensory impairments, we support your independence and well-being at home.
Worry-free home care
You can easily contact us without a referral from your GP. Together with you and, if necessary, your doctor, we look at what kind of care you need.
